Don'cha love sweatin'?

Don't you love a good sweat? Feeling hot, sticky after a good workout? There's a sense of accomplishment when you finish a workout and have a nice, shiny glow. For me, I love to dance. Not professionally, but to excersise. I've tried running outside, I've tried walking a couple of miles, but they always lose my interest. With my dancing DVD, I really have to work to keep up; it challenges me. And it only takes about 20 minutes, too. The kids put in their cd's and then I really get to test out my moves. I keep trying to get my hubby to take me to the club to try out my "Club Funk" routine, but he just rolls his eyes. Just picture with me, there I am, the disco ball (do they still use those?) coloring me blue, orange, red, and yellow, and there I am in the middle, doing my kicks, flailing my arms, getting my grove on. Wearing a mid-driff top to show off my belly button ring, except it got swallowed up by all the fat around it so it's not showing. I'm sure to make it to America's Funniest Home Videos. But in all seriousness, I really do love to excersise. It helps me to feel better about my body when I'm at least TRYING to do something about it! At first I drag my feet, but once I actually get to doing it, I enjoy it. So my joyful tip for today is: I am joyful as I pursue a healthy body. Say it with me "I am joyful as I pursue a healthy body." Good job!
