Happy Birthday Erianna!

One of my babies, Erianna, turns 7 tomorrow. I cannot believe it! Our kids grow old so fast. Erianna is the one I have typed about before as currently having Diabetes and may also have Celiac Disease. So her party Saturday was bittersweet, as it may be the last time she gets to eat normal cake. In one week we go to Kansas City to do "pre-anesthesia testing", where she will be asked many questions and will get to see pictures of her endoscopy procedure. A week or two later, she will have the endoscopy done, then we will go from there.

In the pictures, you see Erianna wearing a dress another daughter, Cheyanne, made. With no pattern. And it's a perfect fit! Cheyanne is so creative, she has such an eye for fashion! Erianna celebrated her birthday will family at a party, and tomorrow on her real birthday she will celebrate by going to my husband's work party (if power is restored to the building).

The bottom picture is my dad, getting festive at Erianna's party. He didn't realize this picture would be on the internet for all to see!

Since Saturday, Erianna has had moments of laying around, being extra sensitive, kind of like when she had Diabetes before we knew it. I worry about her, as she get older, allowing her to be away from me, as she gets a job (it better have good insurance benefits), as she marries, as she has children (will she have children). I wonder if I will ever feel safe letting her out of my sight. Hey, I'm beliving in faith that we are all going to be caught up to Heaven before all that!

So, Erianna, a toast to your 7th birthday, may you have health this year in whatever capacity that may be in.
